Born in Canada in mid September of 1991, Kayla came to the United States with her mom at an early age. She grew up in California with the majority of her childhood settled in Galt, where she later became a U.S. citizen. Accepting Kayla as his own child, Jenna married Mark and the family grew with the birth of Selia and Alora.  As a child, Kayla had an active imagination, determined personality, and inquisitive mind that resulted in always getting in trouble for talking. Not much has changed from those years in that regard. After graduating high school, Kayla went to Cosumnes River College to receive her Liberal Arts AA. From there she transferred to Sacramento State University in pursuit of an English Degree and TESOL certificate to teach high school youth. While at Sac State, Kayla joined the Chi Delta sorority which led her to some of her closest friends and meeting Wes. Wes and Kayla grew from good friends to best friends after their time at Sac State. After more years of obliviousness, moving across the country, and traveling the world,  Kayla realized Wes was the love of her life and nothing would prevent them from being together. Now in their new home in Georgia with their nine fur-babies, Kayla is ecstatic to be engaged to Wes with the wedding in June 2021. She looks forward to more adventures in their lifetime and couldn't imagine a more perfect life partner to join her.
